This is my first year entered in Vegan Month of Food and I have got absolutely no idea what I've got myself into.
I have a complete lack of commitment for doing anything everyday for a month other than eat and sleep but I'm going to have a real crack at it.
For anyone who doesn't know what it involves, basically I will cook something vegan, eat something vegan or just ramble about something vegan everyday (hopefully) this month.
