Compassionate Living Fayre

Yesterday I walked round in circles searching for a fair, or 'fayre' as they say here, about compassionate living, with the promise of workshops, free vegan food, herbalists, speakers.. basically a bunch of like minded people creating awesome vegan food, petitioning and sharing ideas.
However turns out I don't know my roman numerals because I spent most of the morning asking people where George 'the 8th' bridge was, turns out 1V is actually four... who knew?

But my efforts paid off when I finally arrived. It's always great to find out just how many people there is in the world think the same, and there are so many inspiring people out there fighting against causes that most of us aren't even aware of.

Now I've found out about lots of up coming events in Edinburgh and Glasgow like the Glasgow Film Screening on the 20th November... 30 years of never before seen footage of Sea Shepherd Conservation Society campaigns featuring renegade environmentalists and their guerrilla tactics!!

A vegan pot luck dinner that happens once a fortnight with a group of students here..

And Let me not forget... the food.... It was awesome, I ate so many delicious cup cakes I nearly turned into one.
